History Of Formation And Development

Thang Loi International Investment & Development JSC, previously VINATEXFINCO, was established in 1958. In the beginning, VINATEXCO was formed from the combination with Vietnam Textile Technical Company

VINATEXCO is the leading fabric textile and dye brand in the South of Vietnam, operating from 1960 to 1975. The company supplied to the internal market and exported variety of fabrics with high quality.

Referring to VINATEXCO, consumers on those days remember famous items such as batiste, popelin, gabadin, calicot … printed and dyed with colorfast, beautiful, cool and perennially worn.

2007

Thang Loi International Investment & Development JSC (VIC) was established based on the Printing – Dyeing – Finishing Factory separated from VIGATEXCO.

From being a part of the state’s enterprise, the Company was capitalized with 100% capital of private shareholders and has implemented the operation until now under the Enterprise law of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The company is a member of Vietnam Textile Corporate – VINATEX.

2006

In accordance with the capitalization policy of the State, VIGATEXCO changed into Thang Loi Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company.

2001

Changing into Thang Loi Textile & Garment Company (VIGATEXCO) with operation under the company’s regulation. The dyeing workshop became the factory of printing – dyeing – finishing.

1991

Thang Loi Textle Factory changed into Thang Loi Textile Company with 100% capital of the State.

1975

Together with historical change of Vietnam, VINATEXCO had a new name: Thang Loi Textile Factory – A member of Union of textile enterprises of Vietnam. At that time, VINATEXFINCO was a dyeing workshop.
